Saturday, July 13, 2013: A great line up of MRD All-stars will be teaching you basic skating technique, balance, agility, stopping, and partner work designed to prepare you for recreational skating or roller derby.  In addition to on-skate fun, we will also spend time off-skates talking about what it takes to play roller derby and teamwork, and doing some off-skate exercises.  This one day clinic is open to both women and men and is non-contact.
